Christmas Angels Sponsor Form

Be a Blessing. Be a Christmas Angel!    
December 10, 2011 delivery day
Help a family give at Christmas
 
You can participate by:
1. Provide three (3) gifts of new clothing or toys for disadvantaged children in Marietta. The children are identified and screened through the social workers at the Marietta City Schools.
•Please complete form below.
•You will be provided with a “wish list” for your child/children.
•You do NOT have to buy everything on the list. These are only suggestions.
•We suggest that you spend no more than $75.00 per child .
•If you wish to spend more than $75.00, please take an entire family so that the gifts will be equitable.

2.  Provide financial support:
•If you wish to participate but are unable to shop for gifts, monetary donations are welcome. We have volunteer “shoppers” that will be happy to do that for you.. •Please make checks payable to “Faith Builders Sunday School Class” and indicate “Christmas Angels Program”.

We would prefer that all gifts be brought to the Family Life Hall the morning of Dec. 10. If you must drop off your gifts prior to Dec. 10, please take them to the church office. Put this form and any checks in the Christmas Angels mailbox .
