Poinsettia Sale NewsHow to Support Children's Homes with Your Poinsettia Purchase The Open Door Sunday Class is once again sponsoring the annual Christmas Poinsettia sale. Proceeds from the sale will be split between the Murphy-Harpst Children's Home in Cedartown, GA and the United Methodist Children's Home (UMCH) in Decatur, GA. Honor or memorialize someone special in your life this Christmas while providing much needed financial help to the children at Murphy-Harpst and UMCH. You can order one or more plants by submitting the order form on the church web site electronically or by mail, now through December 11. You may also purchase them at tables located across the bridge in the Discipleship Building and in the Family Life Hall lobby on December 4th and 11th. Cost of the plants is $15.00 each. These plants will decorate our Church December 17 through Christmas. A special insert listing the memorials will be included in the bulletin on Sunday, December 18. Poinsettia plants may be picked up following the various services on Christmas Eve and after the 11:15 service on Sunday, December 25th. |
