We acknowledge the mystery and the awe of God: We understand God as Creator, Redeemer and Sustainer. To abide in the mystery of God means that we do not have all the answers; sometimes we live with the questions. That mystery of God inspires in us a humility and reverence as we gather as a people for worship of a God that creates the universe and calls us by name.
Please note, these are our normal worship and classes prior to Covid19. Currently we worship each Sunday at 9am in person at the Park and online at 9am and 11:15am.

Childcare
Our nursery is available for children under 3 years of age for all worship services and during most church events. Our nursery facility is a model throughout the community and the equipment is state of the art. Our nursery workers are trained and safety certified, have had criminal background checks, and most have been with us for 10 years or more. Soothing rooms equipped with feeding and changing areas are located in the Narthex and on the Nursery Hall.
The nursery is located below the sanctuary in Building B on the first level. At the registration desk, you will need to fill out a registration card and security bracelet for each child, along with labels for any bottles, cups, or diaper bags. The nursery is available Wednesdays 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., Thursdays 9 a.m. – noon, and Sundays 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Sensory Friendly Worship in the Latimer Chapel
During the 11:15 a.m. Worship Service, families with children who may be overwhelmed in the Sanctuary are invited to worship in the Latimer Chapel (adjacent to the Sanctuary). Worship is projected on a large screen TV and families are able to participate in the sacrament of communion on Communion Sundays. There are also manipulatives and other items to make children feel safe and secure.
Parking
From Whitlock (northwest side of church), take the first entrance for handicapped parking and second entrance for other parking. The main parking lot also has entrances from Polk Street on the north and North Marietta Parkway on the east. We save close-up parking in the main parking for visitors and those with small children.
