May is Foster Care Awareness Month, and for the Church, it is more than a moment of awareness—it is a call to action rooted in our faith. Wellroot Family Services, formerly known as The United Methodist Children’s Home, has been leading the Church’s response to children in need for 155 years. Today through Wellroot, foster families open their homes to children who need safety, stability, and loving adults who will reflect God’s grace during a difficult chapter of their lives.
