MFUMC will host Family Promise of Cobb County during the week of September 20 – September 27.
Three families will receive temporary shelter at our church for the week, while receiving the support needed to develop careers and income to obtain their own homes. They will be with us each day from about 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. We encourage you to consider becoming a part of our volunteer team during this meaningful week. Discuss in your Sunday School class, small group or among your church friends and visit our Sign-Up Genius to learn of the specific volunteer opportunities available. We’re looking for volunteers to help offer hospitality through meals, setup, overnight presence, and cleanup.
