Men's Breakfast | Fall 2024
Have breakfast with Marietta Daily Journal sports editor John Bednarowski on Saturday, August 24 from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. in the Family Life Hall. He will offer a kickoff to the fall with a talk on Cobb County football.

Men's Community Cook Out with The Extension
All men of the church are invited to join in fellowship, service, and worship with the men of the Extension Addiction Recovery Center.

Men's Cornhole Tournament
Compete with your fellow man for community and a trophy in our Men's Cornhole Tournament on Thursday, October 26 at the home of Allen Krivsky. Food and Fellowship begins at 5:30 p.m. and the tournament commences at 6:30 p.m.

Breakfast with Men of the Church
Join the men of the church for breakfast with Kennesaw State University Basketball Coach Antoine Pettway on Saturday, September 23 in the Family Life Hall. Learn about Coach Pettway’s philosophy for developing young men and the importance he places on family and integrity in his work. REGISTER HERE

Father Son Camp Out
An evening of fun and fellowship for fathers and sons of our church family in a relaxed and fun atmosphere for fathers and sons to get to know one another better with limited distractions. REGISTER HERE

Gobble Jog Team
Grab your sneakers and join our Marietta FUMC team this Thanksgiving at the MUST Ministries annual Gobble Jog. The event has helped provide food, clothing and other resources to tens of thousands of people in our community. Sign up to run or walk with us on Thanksgiving Day by going to www.GobbleJog.org to register under our team name - Marietta FUMC: It Is Well With Our Soles. You can choose to run or walk a 10K, 5K 1K or a Tot Trot (for participants 8 and younger).

Boy Scout Chili Cook Off
Sample a variety of chilis and vote for your favorite to help determine the champion chili. Cornbread, hot dogs, chili accessories, and desserts will also be served. Donations help support activities for our own Boy Scout Troop 277.

Father & Son Camp Out

An evening of fun and fellowship for fathers and sons of our church family.
There are no age restrictions but is generally geared for elementary through high school-aged sons. This is a relaxed and fun atmosphere for fathers and sons to get to know one another better and enjoy time together with limited distractions.

MFUMC Sporting Clays Tournament 2022
Join Us for the 2022 MFUMC Sporting Clays Tournament! Enjoy a day with friends at Garland Mountain Sporting Clays and support our Boy Scout Troop 277, and liveSAFE Resources.

Registration and check-in begins at 8:00 a.m., the competition begins at 9:00 a.m.

HOW MUCH:
The entry fees are $125 for an individual with teams of four. Cost includes cart fee and lunch.
WHO:
The event is hosted by the Men of the Church. Sponsorships are available. Proceeds benefit Boy Scout Troop 277 and liveSAFE Resources.

Fantasy Football Draft
Join your fellow man in some friendly competition in the MFUMC Fantasy Football league. This is a fun way to get to know the men of the church ad put your team to the test. Our draft is Thursday, September 1 at the Taco Mac on Dallas Highway. Remote drafting is also available.

Corn Hole Tournament
Join us to compete for community via bean bags and boards. Get to know your fellow man and find kinship along your Discipleship Journey.
