This annual missions dinner is to celebrate our mission, learn about an area of mission emphasis, and remember the life and legacy of our friend Beth Berman and her mission to make ministry possible. The evening consists of a silent auction, multi-course dinner and we’ll hear from special guest speaker Trudy Cathy White of the Chick -fil- A franchise and author of her book "A Legacy that Lasts".
By participating in the dinner and/or silent auction, you’ll help support future missions initiatives of MFUMC and help provide scholarships to those eager to serve in missions.
In 2007 Beth Berman, our Church Administrator, was a victim of homicide. While we have yet to recover from the loss, we continue to seek ways to continue her loving legacy of doing whatever is required to put people in position to live out their place in God’s mission for the world.
Proceeds from contributions made to the silent auction by various businesses allows the help to support future missions initiatives of MFUMC and help provide scholarships, spiritual retreats, and service opportunities that they would otherwise not be able to be a part of due to financial restraints.
This event is open to all interested in hearing about the Global Mission Ministry at MFUMC.
Event Tickets $40
Silent Auction opens 5:30 pm
Doors open at 6:30 pm
Event starts at 7 :00 pm
Auction closes at 7:30 pm
