Boots & BBQ
We invite our parent community, Weekday alumni parents, and church members to enjoy an evening of music, fellowship, and silent auction items. Boots & BBQ will be held on Thursday, March 13th at Glover Park Brewery. The evening will include a local Bluegrass band and delicious southern fare.
This is the school’s main fundraising event and secures funds necessary to provide the best program for students, families, and teachers. The funds raised allow Weekday to improve the building, such as additional shade for the playground and covering our carpool area. It allows us to keep up with current curriculum trends all with a goal of enhancing the program to meet the community’s needs. As a ministry, Weekday strives to meet the needs of all its students both academically and financially. The funds to meet these goals come primarily from fundraising efforts.
FUMC Weekday Ministry has been an essential part of the historic Marietta landscape for over six decades and has provided an educational foundation for countless children in our community. With your help, we would like to foster the growth of our school and continue to be a place the community can call their preschool home.

Weekday Ministry's Running for Weekday 5K & Tot Trot is BACK for its second year on Saturday, April 22. Earlybird Registration is NOW OPEN! Sign up below for this Peachtree Qualifier Race and support FUMC's preschool and Kindergarten at the same time. Join us on the church grounds following the race for music, hot dogs, chalk art and MORE!
Weekday Ministry Summer Camps
Art Camp at Weekday - May 30th - June 2nd
Join us for Art Camp at Weekday! Campers will be experiencing all types of fun mediums and processes to explore art and creating. Come prepared to paint, sculpt and most importantly, express! There is art all around us all the time and we will be creating indoors and out and beautifying our Weekday home.
Science Camp at Weekday - June 6th - 9th
Calling all our curious friends! Join us for a fun week of experimenting and engineering and seeing how things work and what can happen. Weekday Science Camp will be a week of hands on experimenting and observations inside our classroom labs and outside in creation. Hope to see you there!

Running for Weekday Ministry 5K & Tot Trot
Come out and support Weekday Ministry Preschool & Kindergarten at our FIRST EVER 5K & Fun Run! Our hope is for this 5K & tot trot to involve our weekday community & families - as well as the kids who get to attend school together - including our larger church family & community! All proceeds will go toward capital improvements of our Preschool.
The race is a Peachtree Qualifier and will be followed on the church property with a fun party! We'll have a food truck, DJ, prizes, Fun Run for the kids and MORE!
